1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SAINT CORE HOLDINGS services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services Offered

SAINT CORE HOLDINGS provides:

• Professional photography and studio rental services
• Short-term property rentals (Airbnb)
• Handyman and property maintenance services

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment terms:

• Payment is required at time of booking or service completion
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated

4. Cancellation Policy

Photography/Studio Rental:

• Cancellations 48+ hours before: Full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund

Handyman Services:

• Cancellations 24+ hours before: No fee
• Same-day cancellations: $50 fee may apply

Airbnb Stays:

Subject to Airbnb's cancellation policy as stated in your booking.

5. Liability

SAINT CORE HOLDINGS maintains appropriate insurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

6. User Conduct

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Treat properties and staff with respect
• Comply with all house rules and regulations
• Not engage in illegal activities

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is property of SAINT CORE HOLDINGS LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
